Please Note. It is the Hirer's Responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions prior to booking and to ensure that all members of the Party Understand and abide with them.

Clients are reminded to Book the Limousine early in order to Guarantee the Pickup/Return times required.

1.The event begins when the limousine leaves our premises and ends on the return to the premises. These Conditions apply whether a contract has been made Verbally or in Writing. The Hirer acts on behalf of all the passengers travelling in the vehicle and is responsible for any breakages, losses or damage to the vehicle during the event. The vehicle is checked prior to dispatch and on return to our premises.

2. The Limousine under seats up to a maximum of eight people only, It is Illegal to carry more than Eight passengers in any size of Limousine unless, the vehicle has been issued with a COIF Certificate; South Wales Limo will not break the law and risk prosecution.

3. Clients are reminded that the Limousine is for Private Hire only. If some of the original party travelling do not return, no other passengers are to enter the vehicle in their place without permission from the proprietor and any additional passengers can be refused admission.

4. To secure the date required the named client agrees to pay a deposit of not less than 50% of the balance immediately on Booking the Limousine. It becomes a Confirmed Booking when Personal Details are exchanged, thus by giving your details you have entered into a Legally Binding Contract (when quotations are given we do not ask for your full name, address, Phone number etc.). A deposit will be taken immediately via Credit/Debit Card; there is a £3.00 Card Administration Fee. We only accept cash and Cheque Payments via prior arrangements only.

6. You have a 7 day cancellation period in place if the Limousine is booked more than 28 days prior to the Event. If the Limousine is booked within 7 days of the Event there is no cancellation period and the Balance should be paid in full immediately on booking. If the Limousine is cancelled any Deposit or Money is Non Refundable.We only accept cancellations in writing by Letter (No emails or Phone Calls)

* Cancellations more than 28 days prior to the Event, shall forfeit the Deposit or any Money taken.

* Cancellations of High Demand Events such as Weddings, Proms, Sporting Events. The full Balance is due. (The Limousine has been reserved for the Date/Time required, and other Bookings for those times have been turned down and subsequent Loss Of Profit.

* Weddings Postponed will be charged the Balance immediately and an Amendment Fee of £25 will be charged. South Wales Limo reserves the right to charge the amount owing as per original booking, when a contact with us has been broken.

7. Any balance outstanding is to be paid in full 28 days prior to the commencement of the event. We do not take any money on the day/night of the event. Failure to pay the balance by the due date, results in the immediate cancellation of the booking and forfeits any monies or deposits taken. Any amendments to the original booking has a charge of £25 to change the Date, Venue, Pickup/Return times, Extra drop offs, Extra Time or Mileage not on the original Booking Form etc., failure to inform of any cancellations or amendments as per original Booking Form will be charged.

8. AIRPORT TRANSFERS. On return Airport Journeys Flight times are checked prior to dispatch, but delays are costed as follows: Once the Chauffeur arrives at the Airport the first half hour waiting time is included in the price. Any waiting past the half hour is charged at £25 per half hour. Whilst we make every effort to meet the Flight, any Flights routed to another Airport will not be met or excessive delay which compromise other Bookings will not be met, and there will be no or partial refund given. If you experience a Delay, please contact us by Telephone to inform of the new Flight Time.

9. In the event of mechanical breakdown or the equipment used in the event or any unforeseen circumstances, the organiser has the right to substitute the Vehicle requested. We would only do so if the requested Vehicle is unfit to carry passengers and we will do best to provide a suitable alternative. Should a suitable alternative not be available a pro rata refund will be given.

10.South Wales Limo gives advice on approximate Journey times in good faith, but does not guarantee the completion of the journey in any specific time. It is the Hirer's Responsibility to allow adequate time to reach the destination. We strongly recommend that Travel Insurance be taken out where appropriate. South Wales Limo cannot be held responsible for any delay or inconvenience due to Circumstances beyond our control. In the event of such conditions such as Traffic Jams, Road Works, Width Restrictions etc. The organiser will do his best endeavours to provide a suitable route where possible and if delayed on arriving will contact you by Telephone.

11. Should adverse weather conditions occur the trip will be cancelled and taken at a later date, when the Road Conditions improve. The pickups/drop offs in Snow or Icy Weather will be main Roads or Bus Routes only. The Driver will assess the Road Conditions and inform you appropriately if the roads are unsuitable. You may not be picked up/dropped off as per original Booking. South Wales Limo operates a no refund policy due to the inclement weather beyond our control. South Wales Limo cannot be held responsible for any loses due to the weather or trips cancelled.

12. Due to the narrowness and unsuitability of some of the roads. It is sometimes impossible to pick up or drop off outside an agreed pick up point or venue. The driver will endeavour to pick up/drop off at the nearest main road or bus route that is safely possible.

13. There are two pick ups/drop off included in the price. If more a required there will be an additional charge per drop off, to be arranged at the time of booking.

14. In order to keep our Website up to date, Photographs are sometimes be taken to up load on to the Website. If you have any objections to the Photographs, please inform us prior to the event taking place. Laser lights and other types of Flashing Lights are used as standard equipment during the event, anyone who suffers with Photo Sensitive Epilepsy or a similar condition, please inform the driver immediately on entering the vehicle and the lights can be turned off immediately.

15. It is a legal requirement and also your child's safety, during Children's Parties one parent or Guardian must accompany the Children during the Journey. Seat Belts are provided in the Limousine and should be worn at all times. If you wish for a Child or baby seat to be fitted, it is the responsibility of the Parents or Guardians to ensure these are fitted correctly in the forward facing seats. The Company has no responsibility to provide the seats and no responsibility for fitting of the seats.

16. For safety of clients and possible damage to the Limousine, passengers are requested to keep their feet on the floor at all times and must not rest their feet on the seating or Bar Area. There is not to be any standing whilst the Vehicle is in motion, no hanging out or shouting out of the Windows. Anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave the vehicle immediately and no or partial refund will be given.

17. No food, chewing gum may be consumed during the event. Clients over 18 years are permitted to bring their own Alcoholic Beverages, under no Circumstances is Red wine or any Drinks that may stain the interior of the Limousine allowed. Please use your disgression over the drinks brought into the Limousine, as any soiling of the Vehicle will be charged. There is a strict No Smoking Policy and Illegal Substances are banned at all times. We reserve the right to refuse any Event Participant should the Driver become aware of any Transgressions and no or partial refund will be given.

18. South Wales Limo holds no responsibility for any loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in the Vehicle. You are asked to keep your belongings with you. It is the Hirer's responsibility to check the Vehicle at the end of every Hire for any property left behind. Any property left behind must be collected.

19. Additional items may be purchased at an extra cost. Packages for special occasions include Flowers, Chocolates and Personalised Items such as Hand Made Helium Balloons or Personalised Wedding Car Ribbon for Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries etc. Please include these when booking the Limousine as they have to be ordered.

20. The organiser reserves the right of entry to the vehicle for anyone who is deemed unsuitable by virtue of illness, injury, behaviour, or intoxication or for any other reason that would put the Driver or any of the Passengers in danger. In such circumstances at the Organiser may be Terminate with immediate effect, and no or partial refund will be given. Any Glasses Broken or Stolen from the Limousine will be charged at £5 per Glass, £25 per Decanter. This has to be paid immediately in Cash prior to the Hirer leaving the Limousine.

21. Should any participant damage or foul the equipment/vehicle provided, we reserve the right to impose a Valet charge of not less than £100 up to a Maximum of £150 as stipulated by Blaenau Gwent Licensing Department.The charge shall become immediately payable in cash by the Hirer, plus any additional costs associated with returning the Vehicle to any acceptable standard and any Fixtures or Fittings that need to be replaced, which was damaged by the Hirer or any of the Hirer's Guests. The event will be terminated immediately and no or partial refund will be given. Any Glassware which is broken or stolen is the responsibility of the hirer and must be paid for immediately in cash at £5 per Glass, £25 per Decanter.

22. The Organiser will give up to 10 minutes grace on Departure times, this is at the discretion of the Driver and only if other Booking times will not be compromised. Anyone not at the collection point will get left behind and no refund given. Verbal Confirmation accepts the Terms and Conditions.
